about us

Kelly Castor, Esq.

A Voice for the Vulnerable. A Partner You Can Trust.

“Everything I do is for my clients. They are real people going through real life situations—and they need help.”

That belief has guided Attorney Kelly Castor since childhood. As an immigrant to the United States, she personally experienced the anxiety and disorientation that many clients feel when dealing with the legal system. At age 8, she sat in immigration court alongside her parents. At age 12, she was separated from her mother in Puerto Rico by immigration officials and interrogated alone—told she might be sent back to France without her parents.

Those early experiences fueled a lifelong calling: to become a trusted legal advocate for individuals and families facing unfamiliar, and sometimes life-altering, legal challenges.

Rooted in Experience. Driven by Empathy.

After graduating with dual degrees in History and International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University, Kelly Castor pursued her legal education at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX, where she earned her J.D. along with specialized certifications in international and immigration law. Her academic path also included international law study in London and paralegal coursework in Newark.

She brings more than 14 years of hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of legal matters, with particular focus on:

  • Immigration Law: Helping families navigate complex visa, green card, and citizenship issues with empathy and precision.

  • Family Law: Representing individuals in divorce, custody, child support, and domestic matters with strength and clarity.

  • Trusts & Estates: Guiding clients through wills, estate planning, and probate with dignity and attention to detail.

An Attorney with a Personal Touch

Drawing on more than a decade of multidisciplinary practice at a close-knit firm, Kelly Castor set out to build a client-centered practice where every client feels heard, supported, and empowered - and this is exactly what she brings to Jungblut Law.
