Grounded in Dispute Resolution & Legal Strategy
After earning his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, Nima pursued an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law’s nationally top-ranked Straus Institute. His training helps him defuse conflict and bring clarity to both courtroom disputes and estate matters—an asset to families and individuals alike.
Earlier in his career, Nima served as a law clerk in the Criminal Division of the Bergen County Courthouse under the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C. He later practiced creditor-side litigation before shifting his focus to consumer rights and estate planning, where his strengths in negotiation and client advocacy could have greater day-to-day impact.
